Baggy Pants???

Today, on a morning news show, they were telling the world that the city of Atlanta was thinking about banning the drooping pants of its male population. I totally agree with this as I am really tired of looking at a "Plumbers butt" every time a young man bends over at the store. It is totally disgusting plus I hate to see their underwear. They have to hold them up as they walk and that looks stupid too. Where is the pride in appearance that people should have? There are a lot of women who wear skirts far too short for their figures and I wait with baited breath for them to bend over! I think it is time for all our fashion magazines to start showing "just a nice way to dress for everyday"..... knock off the stick shaped models and show the average person what are basic ways to dress for being in the public. There were a lot of comments about there being more important things to worry about but you know, no one is worrying about important things so if not lets think about baggy pants.

P.S. I found this great squidoo that I want to share. Check it out: Bad Fashion

Color Splash

I don't know how many people watch HGTV but I am a great fan of their internet site and their tv channel. I especially like their new show "Color Splash" with David Bromstad. David was the winner of the first Design Star contest and is becoming an HGTV super star. He has personality, tons of talent and looks like a movie star. Kudos to HGTV who have renewed his show for another year. His show Color Splash teaches us how to add lots of color to our sometimes colorless life and homes. He has great, crafty ideas to make rooms "pop" as he puts it. If you haven't watched this fun and educational program take a half hour off and watch it. It is on Monday nights at 8pm Central time on HGTV.

Look at some of David's room designs on his website.

Found these online........

I was looking for something on some of the sites that have want ads when I ran across these and thought they were something I'd like to share. Have a good chuckle.

......Advice Wanted?

I would like to give my advice to anyone who needs it..No, I am not a shrink, psychiatrist nor do I have any degree in anything. Just an honest person willing to give honest advice.

.......Bird Houses for Humans

I am looking for building plans for a"birdhouse" for humans. The one I am familiar with is 10ft deep by 8 ft wide. 9'8' tall from ground to peak 10ft 10 in wide at center on front and back. It basically holds a double-queen bed and a chair or two with electricity only. I have included a pic for a clearer idea of what I am wanting. If you have plans they need to be for under 200 sq ft. Thanks for your help.

.......Mulitimillionaire who needs a family

$1 million dollars to join my family, No more lonely holidays. No more lonely birthdays, no more feeling like you are all alone in this world. As for nationality it does not matter, since we are all God's children. One requirement must love God. Enjoying to travel is a plus. I have a big heart, and I am probably one of the friendliest persons you will ever meet. I am a people person, and I have a confession to make I have only one fear and that is to be alone!
